Those in goods, products and services procurement at PwC will focus on executing, managing and optimising purchase processes and some supplier relationship management. You will be responsible for assisting the organisation in obtaining quality goods at the appropriate price, driving cost savings and operational efficiency.

The Opportunity

As part of the Infrastructure-Procurement-Procure - Strategy & Sourcing team you shall serve as the relationship manager for both internal clients and suppliers. As a Senior Associate you shall analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards. You shall focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

Serving as relationship manager for clients and suppliers
Mentoring team members to maintain elevated standards
Building and nurturing client relationships
Gaining a thorough understanding of procurement contexts
Navigating complex sourcing scenarios to grow personal brand
Enhancing technical proficiency in procurement strategies
Utilizing firm methodologies and technology resources
Anticipating client needs and negotiating contracts

What You Must Have

High School Diploma
3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in procurement strategies and tactics
Collaborating with Strategy & Sourcing staff
Performing sourcing project activities
Interacting with managers from various departments
Engaging with department leadership and customer groups
Conducting sourcing projects with global impact
Supporting RFx's and contract negotiations
Preparing and supporting structured supplier negotiations
