Position Summary...This role serves as a Senior Analyst within the Facility-to-Facility team, focused on supporting inbound transportation operations. The analyst will report directly to the Manager responsible for the Planning and Data pillar, playing a critical role in driving operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do...

Analyze and optimize facility-to-facility transportation operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop and maintain complex data models and reports to support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic transportation planning and execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex transportation-related issues.

What you’ll bring

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
3+ years of experience with advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.
Previous experience in supply chain/transportation roles
Experience presenting to key stakeholders, including leadership, with clear and confident communication

You’ll sweep us off our feet if

Background in automation and dashboard creation using tools such as VBA, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to drive data visibility and process efficiency
Solid understanding of import operations, consolidation strategies, and intermodal transportation, with experience optimizing global supply chain flows

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
