Key responsibilities include

Developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives for various spend categories. Managing end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to payment. Negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers. Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers. Analyzing market intelligence to identify cost reduction opportunities and supply chain efficiencies. Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements. Implementing and upholding ethical procurement policies and procedures. Leading and mentoring a team of procurement professionals. Preparing detailed reports on procurement activities, savings, and market trends for senior management. Collaborating with legal and finance departments on contract reviews and financial compliance. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus. Proven experience in procurement, with at least 7 years of progressive leadership responsibility, is essential. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are required. Experience with ERP systems and procurement software is expected.
