Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including expense management and accounts payable

Support procurement processes by creating and tracking purchase orders and analyzing procurement data

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and compliance in purchasing and financial reporting

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Proficiency with Microsoft Word / Excel, Google Workspace, and DocuSign; experience with Airbase and LinkSquares is a plus

Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus (GAAP)

Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
