Procurement Administrative Specialist – 6 Month Contractor

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Administrative Specialist to support our procurement team with essential administrative and operational tasks for a 6 month project. This contractor role plays a key part in ensuring efficient purchasing processes, vendor coordination, and accurate documentation across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update procurement records, purchase orders, and vendor files.
Assist in preparing RFQs, RFPs, and bid documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather purchase requirements.
Track order status, delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
Support contract administration and compliance tracking.
Process invoices and reconcile purchase orders with accounts payable.
Maintain procurement dashboards and generate routine reports.
Assist with vendor onboarding and qualification documentation.
Pay is based on experience

Qualifications

MUST be bilingual in Korean / English
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
2+ years of administrative or procurement support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
MUST be an Expert in Excel
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
