Key Responsibilities

Manage purchasing activities for raw materials, components, and supplies.
Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to maintain optimal stock.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for procurement.
Analyze supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Prepare purchase orders and track delivery schedules to meet production timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, finance, logistics) to streamline processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
