About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Director of Supply Chain, Distribution to lead our U.S. distribution hub in Maryland. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence across inventory management, order fulfillment, warehousing, and logistics. The Director will build and lead a high-performing team, implement best-in-class processes, and drive measurable results in efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily distribution center operations, including receiving, warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping.
Develop and execute strategies for supply chain efficiency, inventory accuracy, and cost optimization.
Lead forecasting and SIOP processes to align demand and supply.
Mentor and develop distribution leaders and staff, building accountability and engagement.
Implement KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational performance.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of progressive leadership in supply chain/distribution operations within manufacturing or services.
Proven track record of improving operational performance and leading high-performing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in ERP (NetSuite preferred), WMS, and TMS systems.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

How Success Will Be Measured

We hold ourselves to high standards, and this role will be measured against key operational outcomes, including:

Inventory accuracy ≥ 98.5%
On-time in full (OTIF) delivery ≥ 97%
Dock-to-stock ≤ 24 hours
Continuous improvement in order cycle times and accuracy
