We're seeking a strategic procurement leader to define and drive sourcing initiatives across our most critical logistics and supply chain categories. This role will oversee procurement for Transportation, Warehousing, Third-Party Logistics (3PL), Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Operational Supplies, Pallets, and other key enablers of our supply chain.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in strategic sourcing, category expertise, and the ability to partner across functions to deliver measurable impact. Success in this role will come from driving cost efficiencies, ensuring reliable supply, and forging strong, long-term supplier partnerships.

What You'll Do

Set Strategy & Direction - Develop and lead a multi-year sourcing strategy for logistics, warehousing, and transportation categories that supports both supply chain operations and enterprise goals.
Act as Category Expert - Stay ahead of market dynamics, cost drivers, and emerging technologies to anticipate industry shifts and proactively manage risk.
Influence & Partner Across the Business - Build strong relationships with senior leaders in Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to align procurement strategies with business priorities.
Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives - Partner with internal teams on sourcing and transformation programs that deliver scalable solutions, supplier-led innovation, and end-to-end value.
Optimize Supplier Partnerships - Establish supplier performance frameworks, manage strategic relationships, and drive continuous improvement across the supplier base.
Deliver Value Through Cost & Risk Management - Lead cost reduction initiatives while safeguarding supply continuity, business assurance, and compliance with risk standards.
Champion Innovation & Continuous Improvement - Introduce new technologies, processes, and supplier innovations that elevate procurement's impact on the business.
Develop & Lead Talent - Inspire, mentor, and grow a team of sourcing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and building future procurement leaders.
