Location: Onsite in Morganton, NC

Salary: $85-100k DOE

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient processes and inventory management to meet customer demands. This role involves strategizing on inventory control, production planning, and coordinating with various departments to optimize supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
Coordinate with production planning and scheduling to align manufacturing with supply and demand requirements.
Oversee the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process to ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve service levels and reduce costs.
Utilize ERP and SAP systems to track and manage supply chain processes and data.
Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in supply chain, scheduling, or operations planning.
Strong knowledge of SIOP processes, inventory control, and production planning methodologies.
Proficiency in SAP and other ERP systems related to supply chain management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
