The Company is seeking a Chief Procurement Officer to spearhead a global procurement transformation with a focus on technology enablement, change management, and redefining the role of procurement in supporting the business.
This role involves driving and delivering a comprehensive global procurement transformation, including the implementation of a new global vendor management system, process modernization, and the development of a high-performing, adaptable team.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 15 years of related professional work experience, with a proven track record in executive procurement or leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in modernizing functions through technology enablement, process redesign, and team development, as well as a strong ability to drive organizational change and foster stakeholder engagement.
A deep understanding of financial management within procurement, including spend analytics, reporting, and strategies to optimize EBITDA, is essential.
Executive leadership, strategic planning, and experience in developing procurement infrastructure and data governance are also required.

This position requires a strong leader who can deliver tangible, measurable results and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to ensure alignment and understanding across the organization.
The CPO will be expected to lead the Americas and corporate business planning around procurement savings, build global capabilities, and oversee the identification and realization of cost reduction programs.

Leading a high-performing team to drive procurement transformation and achieve business outcomes.
Implementing a new global vendor management system and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
