Key Responsibilities

· Track and trace shipments for smooth origin-to-destination flow.

· Quote and route by negotiating carrier rates and setting profitable customer sell rates.

· Handle documentation with meticulous detail to ensure accuracy, completeness, and operations that exceed standards.

· Resolve daily issues like shipment delays or billing to maintain seamless operations.

Essential Skills We're Looking For

· Organizational & Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic setting.

· Communication: Effectively engage internal teams, clients, vendors, and carriers.

· Problem-Solving: Make quick decisions to tackle challenges and disruptions.

· Logistics or supply chain background (or transferable skills)—we'll provide guidance if needed.

· Strong relationship-building and analytical mindset for high-performance multitasking.
