The Job

As a Regional Procurement Manager (Power Tools- Sourced Products) you will be part of GSM Procurement Operations team, driving Supply Chain Continuity & Executing Sourcing Strategy in the region (Americas & EMEA).You’ll get to:

Drive Suppliers On Time Delivery performance in close collaboration with Global Supply Chain & Quality teams.
Debottlenecking Supply Constraints by adopting best in class Problem Solving Methodology.
Lead & Drive Sourcing execution in alignment with Lead Category Manager – Project Execution (Executing Transfer, Resourcing, ECN & Qualification projects).
Drive world class cost and margin enhancement (TCO Improvement) to deliver target local productivity & working capital improvements (MOQ & Lead Time improvements).
Lead and manage supplier relationships as the local representative for global affiliates.

The Person

Minimum 5 years of experience in global strategic sourcing or procurement including supplier selection.
Engineering degree in relevant area required, Electronics or Mechatronics engineering preferred.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, should costing, materials and experience in managing electro-mechanical component categories.
Ability to work independently to deliver results and influence stakeholders internally and externally.
Excellent Communication Skills with English Language Proficiency.
Experience working with Global & Diverse team in Europe & Asia

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $75,000 - $100,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
