Purpose of the Position
The Procurement & General Administration Coordinator supports restaurant operations by managing purchasing activities and providing essential administrative support. This role is split evenly between procurement responsibilities and general administrative duties, ensuring the organization operates efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with internal procedures.The position plays a key role in vendor coordination, inventory and purchasing support, document management, and day-to-day administrative functions that enable smooth operations across departments.
Salary
$70,304 - $75,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for the annual incentive plan based on individual and company performance.

Job ResponsibilitiesProcurement (Approximately 50%)
- Support procurement activities by coordinating purchasing of food, supplies, equipment, and services as needed.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, place orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
- Travel to restaurant locations and vendor sites as required to support purchasing, deliveries, inspections, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, invoices, and vendor documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Assist with vendor onboarding, pricing updates, and contract documentation.
- Ensure purchasing activities follow company policies, cost controls, and approval processes.
General Administration (Approximately 50%)
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, document control, and record keeping.
- Support the Project Manager by assisting with project documentation, schedules, timelines, meeting notes, and status tracking.
- Assist with internal communications, scheduling, and coordination between departments.
- Manage office supplies, administrative expenses, and basic office organization.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as requested by management.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive company information.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, administrative support, or a related role.
- Fluent Mandarin required for daily communication with Taiwan headquarters (spoken and written).
- Must be able and willing to drive to restaurant locations and vendor sites as required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working with vendors, purchase orders, invoices, or inventory systems preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
