- *Duties
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes using ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source quality materials at competitive prices, supporting sourcing strategies and supply chain objectives
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements that align with company policies and budget goals
- Maintain accurate inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with logistics teams for efficient inventory management
- Oversee supplier management activities including performance evaluation, relationship building, and resolving supply issues promptly
- Support manufacturing operations by ensuring the availability of materials through effective procurement planning and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems
- Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage contract documentation to ensure compliance with procurement policies and contractual obligations

- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS for procurement management and supply chain operations
- Strong understanding of procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
- Experience with inventory management, inventory control, and logistics coordination within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Excellent vendor management skills with the ability to develop strategic supplier relationships
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles, including logistics, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation techniques
- Ability to analyze data related to procurement activities using tools like MRP systems for effective decision-making
- Effective communication skills for negotiating terms, managing contracts, and collaborating across departments
