Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Analyst to support procurement operations for Research & Development teams. This role involves managing procurement agreements, resolving supplier and delivery issues, and ensuring smooth transactional workflows. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams while driving process improvements and maintaining compliance with procurement standards. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for R&D teams and suppliers for day-to-day procurement needs Resolve delivery, supply, and invoicing issues independently using sound judgment Prepare, negotiate, manage, and coordinate procurement agreements for materials and services Act as buyer of record with execution authority on procurement agreements Negotiate terms including pricing, labor rates, payment terms, and conditions Create and manage procurement documentation including white paper agreements Ensure agreements are compliant and engage Legal teams when required Monitor agreement lifecycle and coordinate renewals, cancellations, or updates Collaborate with supply chain and contract administrators for implementation at site level Analyze purchase orders to ensure correct terms and conditions are applied Manage workload priorities to ensure uninterrupted supply and service delivery Drive process improvements, develop SOPs, and create training materials Participate in global initiatives, KPI improvements, and ISO 9001 audit processes Required Skills: Strong customer service and client-facing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with procurement systems such as SAP Preferred Skills: Degree in Supply Chain or related field Experience in procurement, supply chain, or contract management Exposure to process improvement initiatives and audit processes Knowledge of ISO standards or global procurement practices Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain or related field) Education: Bachelors Degree
