Principal Power Procurement

A company is looking for a Principal, Power Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead negotiations for utility tariffs and energy service agreements across US markets

Mentor deal leads and establish deal standards for efficient execution

Build and maintain relationships with utility executives and regulatory stakeholders

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in power procurement or energy commercial roles

Proven track record of closing complex energy transactions, including PPAs and custom tariffs

Deep expertise in utility tariff design and wholesale power markets

Experience negotiating with utilities and large-load customers across multiple ISOs / RTOs

Strong commercial judgment in fast-paced deal environments
