A company is looking for a Sr Procurement Specialist to provide administrative and coordination support across the procurement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of the acquisition process, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely contract execution

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for procurement and manage supplier evaluations

Coordinate contract performance evaluations and manage customer and supplier inquiries regarding orders

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree with 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience

Master's degree in Business, Acquisitions, Legal, or related field preferred with 6 years of relevant experience

Extensive knowledge of California State Contracting Manual and procurement processes

Contracting Professional Certification (FAC-C Professional, DAWIA Level II or III, or equivalent)

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in dynamic environments
