A company is looking for an Associate Director, Supply Chain - Launches & Variations.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the global Launches & Variations Framework, ensuring clarity in roles and decision-making structures

Shape the end-to-end operating model for launches and variations from Phase 3 readiness through commercial lifecycle management

Act as the strategic bridge between global functions and regional execution teams to ensure cohesive alignment

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in biopharma supply chain, Technical Operations, Regulatory, or related areas

Demonstrated experience supporting or leading product launches, variations, or lifecycle management

Strong understanding of global commercialization processes and regulatory variation pathways

Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a complex environment

Experience designing or governing enterprise-level frameworks or operating models
