Salary: $18-24/hr.

About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing space, is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Order Entry Specialist to support their operations team. This is a fully on-site role with an early morning schedule, ideal for someone who values consistency and enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process a high volume of orders into internal systems
• Review order details for accuracy including pricing, quantities, and product specifications
• Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely processing
• Partner with internal departments such as purchasing, warehouse, and logistics to support order fulfillment
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all transactions
• Communicate updates, changes, and potential delays to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in order entry, supply chain, or administrative support
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
