Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning and order management activities for new vehicle programs.
• Ensure accurate demand planning, order allocation, and fulfillment in alignment with established strategies.
• Serve as the primary contact for suppliers regarding past-due orders, VOR (Vehicle Off Road), and BOR (Back Order) situations.
• Expedite critical parts and resolve shortages to minimize downtime and customer impact.
• Maintain escalation protocols for urgent supply issues.
• Track and report KPIs such as order accuracy, lead times, inventory turns, and service levels.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Act as liaison between regional teams, logistics providers, and customer service.
• Facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution across stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to global supply chain policies, regional regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and performance reviews.
• Support change management during new vehicle introductions and transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain operations, planning, or order management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
