This position will relocate to Aurora by mid-2026.

Current Schedule: Sunday-Thursday starting between 5 PM-7 PM, with shifts lasting approximately 10-12 hours.

Your Compensation: Start at $18/hr., increasing to $32.56/hr. with performance-based incentives upon meeting our selection standards.

Main Ingredients of the Job

• Safely and efficiently select customer orders, building and wrapping pallets to meet productivity standards.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and operate electric pallet jacks safely.
• Move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.
• Ensure accurate selections with damage-free products.
• Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders.
• Work with the team to maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, from -5°F to over 100°F.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product regularly, moving a large volume of product each shift.

What You Bring to the Table

• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English for training and safety purposes.
• Experience in high-endurance roles, such as physical labor, fitness, farming, or construction preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
• Familiarity with electric pallet jacks or similar equipment is an advantage.
