- Strategic sourcing & complex negotiations (RFIs/RFQs, contract closure, T&Cs control)
- Supplier performance management & cost analytics (scorecards, QBRs, should-cost models)
- Systems & data expertise (SAP/Oracle, SQL, BI tools) with supply chain + automation knowledge
- *Key Responsibilities
- *Vendor Strategy & Management
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships through structured governance, performance scorecards, and regular business reviews.
- Drive supplier engagement processes including RFIs/RFQs, evaluations, and award decisions.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay current on data center hardware, automation, and industry trends.
- Partner with vendors to align on both technical and commercial requirements.
- *Commercial & Financial Management
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies, including leading complex deal cycles through closure.
- Negotiate and manage contracts such as
- *MPAs, MSAs, and SOWs**
, ensuring strong control over terms and conditions.
- Build and maintain cost models (should-cost analysis) and track market benchmarks.
- Resolve commercial and technical issues arising during sourcing and procurement cycles.
- *Operational Excellence & Collaboration
- Drive end-to-end supply chain performance from manufacturing through data center deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Construction, Operations, and Supply Planning.
- Define and track key business metrics, KPIs, and risk indicators to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support quarterly business reviews with actionable insights on supplier performance and supply chain health.
- Partner with Demand/Supply Planning teams to ensure supply assurance, forecasting accuracy, and capacity management.
- *Specialized Focus: Robotics & AI Sourcing
- Lead sourcing initiatives for robotics and AI-based systems, including hardware and software components.
- Negotiate software licensing models (per-robot, per-site, usage-based, support/maintenance).
- Define supplier requirements for AI systems, including:
- Model performance metrics and validation methodologies
- Update/rollback strategies
- Telemetry and monitoring frameworks
- Incident response protocols for safety-critical systems
- Data governance (security, access, auditability)
- *Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with
- *5+ years of experience
in Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, or Procurement.
- Proven expertise in
- *commercial sourcing and contract negotiations**

- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost modeling, supplier performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as
