A biotech company in New Jersey is seeking a new Vendor Management Contractor to join their team in Plainsboro, focusing on contract management and vendor coordination within the U.S. market.

About the Opportunity

  • Shift: Day
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 9am to 5pm (EST; 40-hour work week)
  • Setting: Hybrid (2 to 3 days onsite)

Responsibilities

  • Managing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Serving as a primary contact for contract intake and workflow coordination
  • Collecting and validating contract information from stakeholders
  • Maintaining vendor records in internal systems
  • Supporting the onboarding of new vendors and collaborating on vendor selection
  • Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Contract Administration or Vendor Coordination
  • Associate's Degree
  • Experience managing complex vendor contracts
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of sourcing-to-pay processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional environment

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Vendor Management or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Certification in Project Management or Procurement
  • Proficiency in Contract Management software
