Develop and implement strategic plans for supply chain management in collaboration with senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders.

Lead and manage the supply chain team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship management.

Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, vendors, and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to supply chain management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices and standardization across the organization.

Stay current with industry trends and innovations in supply chain management and implement relevant changes to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Manage inventory levels and monitor supply chain inventory data to ensure adequate supply levels and minimize waste.

Develop and implement training programs to educate staff on supply chain processes and procedures.

Create and maintain supply chain policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.

Conduct regular audits to ensure proper inventory management and identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging and supporting team members to identify and implement innovative solutions.

Provide leadership and support during emergency situations or supply shortages to ensure uninterrupted patient care.

Collaborate with finance and budgeting teams to develop and manage supply chain budgets.

Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on supply chain performance and any potential issues or concerns.

Serve as a subject matter expert on supply chain management and participate in relevant conferences, workshops, and other professional development opportunities.
