Supply Chain Coordinator

We’re partnering with a leading messaging services company to find a talented Supply Chain Coordinator to support their on-site team. This role is an 8 month contract that can extend and working 2-3 days onsite in Santa Monica, CA, working within a dynamic supply chain environment that emphasizes procurement, supplier management, and operational support.

Supply Chain Coordinator Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete procurement process, from requesting quotes to placing approved orders through various channels.
• Request and review Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from approved suppliers.
• Coordinate NDAs, compliance reviews, and supplier onboarding with end users and internal teams.
• Coordinate the onboarding of suppliers, ensuring all documentation and compliance checks are completed and properly routed.
• Monitor outstanding orders, follow up with suppliers on delivery status, and maintain accurate system records.
• Work closely with the supply chain team to organize daily operational activities and ensure efficiency.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to supply chain management and support shipping and receiving functions when necessary.

Supply Chain Coordinator Qualifications

• Proven experience managing procurement and supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple orders and supplier documentation.
• Excellent communication abilities for supplier coordination and internal collaboration.
• Familiarity with procurement platforms and order tracking systems.
• Ability to support administrative functions and work effectively within a team environment.
