Brand Operations Coordinator
Oklahoma City ThunderThe Brand Operations Coordinator plays a key role in the Oklahoma City Thunder’s creative workflow and approaches each project with purpose. This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. In this role you will:
This is an hourly, full-time role reporting to the Group Lead, Brand Operations. The primary work location will be the Paycom Center in downtown Oklahoma City. Flexible work schedule will include evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary and occasionally at short notice. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary for occasional local travel. Physical demands include the ability to climb chairs and lift items up to 50 pounds.

In this role you will:
- Provide daily support of Brand Operations team’s projects and workflow
- Collaborate with departments to understand priorities and raise concerns when needed based on current and upcoming workload
- Exercise good judgment and critical thinking to resolve issues efficiently and respectfully
- Approach work with a strategic mindset to set projects up for success
- Coordinate and review marketing assets
- Support the production of marketing materials and product orders through effective coordination
- Maintain the Brand Operations order tracking and delivery system
- Partner with the Brand Operations Team Lead and Specialist to maintain effective systems and procedures
- Maintain the Brand Operations sample catalog
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- High attention to detail, ensuring all work meets Thunder’s standards
- Organized, self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working with a range of colleagues across the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and maintain steady follow-through in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build positive, collaborative relationships
