The Procurement Associate plays a key role in the daily operations of the Purchasing Department by managing purchase requests, reviewing documentation for accuracy and ensuring timely processing of purchases.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions with accuracy. The Procurement Associate is responsible for maintaining documentation integrity and ensuring department procedures are followed consistently.

  • *Responsibilities
  • Process Amazon Business and vendor purchase orders
  • Review and verify documentation prior to processing payments
  • Track and reconcile order totals and deposit amounts
  • Maintain accurate digital records for compliance and audit readiness
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding order updates and missing information
  • Follow established department workflows and compliance protocols
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary
  • *Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of administrative, procurement, accounts payable, or operations experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies and apply sound judgment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and follow structured processes
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Accounts Payable background Preferred
