You’re fluent in FF&E, custom furnishings, finishes, and vendor lead times—and you know how to translate creative vision into well-executed purchases without compromising quality or intent.

POSITION OVERVIEW The Senior Specialist | Procurement is a pivotal role within the FF&E team responsible for leading all procurement of furniture, art, accessories and any related decor items for all FF&E projects. This role works closely with vendors and installers throughout the life cycle of each FF&E project. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, technical skills, and a strong attention to detail. The Senior Specialist | Procurement will work independently and collaborate closely with multiple design team members to ensure the successful completion of the procurement and installation process for every FF&E project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PROCUREMENT
- Procure all furniture, artwork, accessories and related decor items for all FF&E projects, ensuring accuracy in specifications, pricing, finishes, and quantities
- Prepare, submit, and manage purchase orders through all stages: creation, approval, vendor confirmation, production, delivery, invoicing, and final payment
