As a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing, you will lead our discipline into the future of operational excellence and digital transformation by driving digital solutions, optimizing manufacturing and warehousing processes, and implementing innovative frameworks to enhance overall operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee high-performing engagement teams while collaborating with senior client personnel to enhance manufacturing functions.
- Lead the digital transformation of manufacturing functions to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Optimize manufacturing and warehousing processes through strategic initiatives and risk management.
- Implement frameworks for comprehensive order management, asset productivity, and predictive maintenance.
- Engage with clients to drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for extended services.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree with a focus on engineering, supply chain, and/or business.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in digital manufacturing and supply chain consulting.
- Proficiency in Digital Manufacturing, emerging technologies, and manufacturing network optimization.
- Demonstrated manufacturing operational excellence and a solid understanding of manufacturing strategy and operating models.
- Ability to travel 60-80% of the time; a valid driver’s license and passport are required.
- Strong client relationship management, effective communication, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage risk, drive quality work, and lead high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- A master’s degree in engineering, supply chain, and/or business.
- Deep knowledge in continuous improvement, contract manufacturing management, and cost optimization.
- Experience with Integrated Work Systems (IWS), LEAN, and Six Sigma performance improvement methodologies.
- Approximately 3 years of recent supply chain consulting experience.
- Expertise in after-sales service supply chain management and performance improvement initiatives.
- Advanced capabilities in establishing and refining manufacturing processes along with strategic decision-making skills.

- Compensation: Base salary ranges from $128,400 to $235,300 nationwide, with regional variations (e.g., $154,000 to $267,400 for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and parts of California).
