The Senior Sourcing Specialist will lead end‑to‑end sourcing initiatives across Logistics and related subcategories, delivering measurable value and supporting strategic procurement initiatives across the US. The ideal candidate brings a consulting mindset, strong category expertise, and the ability to manage complex sourcing projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong stakeholder and supplier relationships across multiple business areas.
• Lead complex sourcing projects across Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, Packaging, and related services.
• Provide category expertise, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Support new client engagements and business development projects through market analysis and supplier capability assessments.
• Conduct financial modeling, pricing analysis, baselining, and scenario planning to support negotiation strategies.
• Manage contract processes, performance metrics (SLAs/KPIs), and ensure consistent governance across sourcing activities.
• Operate within a project‑based delivery model and support multiple initiatives simultaneously, often with tight timelines.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, benchmarks, and industry developments to inform sourcing strategies.

Category‑Specific Expertise (Logistics Focus)

• Deep knowledge of Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation Services, Packaging, and related supply chain categories.
• Experience managing large global providers and supporting outsourcing or service delivery model evaluations.
• Familiarity with regulatory, commercial, and performance‑based contracting frameworks relevant to logistics operations.
