We are one of the fastest-growing supplement brands in the United States. Our rapid growth, innovation, and commitment to excellence have set a new benchmark in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) space.

As we continue to scale, we are seeking an Operations Executive who will transform operational complexity into a seamless, high-performance ecosystem. This role is the operational backbone of the organization—overseeing warehouse and supply chain operations while acting as the strategic bridge between Marketing and Product Distribution to ensure flawless execution of product launches and sustained customer satisfaction.

The Role

The Operations Executive owns the end-to-end lifecycle of our products—from manufacturing and inbound logistics to warehousing, fulfillment, and final delivery. You will ensure operational readiness for marketing initiatives, enabling the business to scale efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality and service standards.

This is a HANDS-ON, high-impact leadership role for a decisive operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at turning complexity into structure, speed, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end supply chain from manufacturing to customer delivery.
  • Align operations with marketing launches and demand forecasts.
  • Ensure effective management and continuously optimize warehousing, logistics, and inventory to prevent stockouts and reduce costs.
  • Ensure GMP/FDA compliance and product quality.
  • Implement scalable systems, KPIs, and automation.
  • Lead high-performing teams and cross-functional collaboration.

What Makes You a Fit

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in operations or supply chain within DTC, CPG, or the supplement industry.
  • Proven expertise in warehouse management, logistics, inventory planning, and fulfillment.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, FDA, and quality compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated success in vendor and contract negotiations.
  • Experience with ERP systems, forecasting tools, and supply chain technologies.
  • Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset with a “fix it fast” approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, particularly in aligning operations with marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Above all, grit, ownership, and a relentless drive for operational excellence.
