Procurement Analyst SAP – Procure to Pay

Boeing is committed to innovation and collaboration, seeking multiple Senior Procurement Analysts to join the Supply Chain Functional Excellence team. These roles focus on implementing SAP S/4 as Boeing Commercial Airplanes' new ERP system for Supply Chain functions, ensuring business requirements translate to system functionality and integration across supply chain systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and document end-to-end P2P processes in SAP S/4HANA (requisitioning, sourcing and contracts, purchase order, supplier master data), translate business requirements into functional designs, and support integration, data migration, and testing (unit, integration, UAT), and ensure business sign-off on functional deliverables
- Design, configure, and document end-to-end MSO processes in SAP S/4HANA (sales order processing, internal sales, drop ship and kit sales), translate business requirements into functional designs, and support integration, data migration, and testing (unit, integration, UAT), and ensure business sign-off on functional deliverables
- Design, configure, and document end-to-end DTP processes in SAP S/4HANA (MRP engines, consumption based planning solutions, forecasting, and setting of MRP parameters), translate business requirements into functional designs, and support integration, data migration, and testing (unit, integration, UAT), and ensure business sign-off on functional deliverables
- Support cutover, go live and hypercare activities, deliver end user training and documentation, and ensure controls/compliance (SOD, authorizations, SOX)
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from relevant stakeholders (ie supply chain, forecasting, planning, purchasing, sales, logistics, warehouse operations, or manufacturing)
- Partner with technical teams to define integration requirements, middleware interfaces, data mappings, and master data flows
- Drive workshops, fit-gap sessions, and process validation with business SMEs and IT to align standard SAP S/4 with Boeing requirements
- Apply SAP Activate methodology and Agile principles to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement in planning capabilities
Skills
- 7+ years of experience with ERPLN or other ERP system
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, demand forecasting, planning, or related fields
- Experience in IT systems technical support, software development, implementation, or end user support
- Experience in business process modeling, process management, integrated systems thinking, process improvement methods, and/or analytical skills
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with supply chain customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
- 10+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems, and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design
- 3+ years of experience working in digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support)
- 3+ years of experience in SAP Demand-to-Plan related modules and tools (e.g., SAP IBP, APO/DP, SAP S/4 MRP/PP, or equivalent planning solutions), with demonstrated MRP configuration and run experience
- 3+ years of experience with consumption-based planning (CBP), reorder point planning, safety stock setting, lot-sizing rules, and exception management
- 3+ years of experience in SAP or ERPLN purchase contracts, purchase orders, purchase requisitions, or sales orders
- 3+ years of experience with project management and leading teams
