Senior Procurement Category Manager – Corporate & Indirect Spend

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL or Richmond, VA

MSH has partnered with a leading U.S. industrial and manufacturing organization with a large-scale national footprint, complex operations, and a strong reputation in its industry. The company is continuing to invest in procurement transformation and is seeking a strategic professional to help strengthen its corporate sourcing function.

This is a highly visible opportunity to partner with senior leaders across HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and other corporate functions. The selected candidate will influence enterprise-wide procurement strategy, manage critical supplier relationships, and drive measurable value across a broad portfolio of indirect spend.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute category strategies across corporate and indirect spend.
• Lead complex RFPs, negotiations, contract renewals, and supplier-selection initiatives.
• Manage categories such as IT and SaaS, HR and talent services, legal, consulting, marketing, travel, facilities, and professional services.
• Identify cost savings, cost avoidance, demand-management, and process-improvement opportunities.
• Establish supplier governance, scorecards, and executive business reviews.
• Serve as a trusted procurement advisor to senior corporate stakeholders.
• Support procurement transformation, compliance, budgeting, and risk-management initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing experience.
• Strong corporate and indirect spend expertise.
• Proven contract negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or a similar platform is preferred.
• Industrial or manufacturing experience is a strong plus.
