U.S. Licensed Procurement Attorney

A company is looking for a Head of Procurement Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Procurement Contracting function, overseeing strategy and execution of the global team

Drive complex commercial negotiations with suppliers, ensuring contracts meet legal and business requirements

Engage with stakeholders as a trusted advisor, anticipating contracting needs and simplifying complex concepts

Required Qualifications

Attorney / legal degree (J.D. or equivalent) with significant experience in commercial contracting

10+ years of experience in commercial or procurement contracting, with a proven track record in negotiations

5+ years of people leadership experience, managing teams of 8 or more

Deep experience in partnering with Procurement and Legal on supplier agreements, preferably in technology or SaaS

Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior executives and cross-functional partners
