Supply Chain Coordinator

A company is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support inbound and outbound logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound purchase orders and shipments, ensuring compliance with ship dates and quantities

Coordinate inbound freight bookings and track shipments, resolving any issues that arise

Execute and track outbound shipments, including 3PL coordination and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field

3-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, sourcing, production, or operations

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables

Hands-on experience with NetSuite, including SKU / item management

Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers, and distribution centers or 3PLs
