Key Responsibilities

Negotiate corporate contracts and manage the renewal calendar for software subscriptions

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance through asset lifecycle management

Provide guidance to junior procurement specialists and act as a subject matter expert on software licensing

Required Qualifications

10-12 years of experience in software procurement and managing high-value contracts

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field

Deep understanding of various licensing structures and vendor management

Familiarity with industry standards for software asset management

Proficiency in auditing a Software Management Database and using analytical tools
