A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Parts Procurement & Supplier Relations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement policies to enhance supply chain efficiency and quality

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective supply chain solutions and resource maintenance

Monitor distributor performance and manage supplier relationships to meet quality and delivery standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and practical experience

7-10 years of supervisory / management experience in a customer service environment

5-7 years of experience in supply chain or service network management, preferably in home services

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for maintaining vendor and customer relationships

Proficient in data analysis and decision-making to drive operational improvements
