Senior Global Supply Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Global Supply Manager to lead its supply base strategy across critical nuclear hardware and production systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive supply base strategies with a focus on cost, risk, capacity, and qualification

Establish supplier segmentation and manage the Approved Supplier List (ASL) to ensure compliance with regulatory and performance standards

Lead improvements in the RFx process and implement systems to enhance sourcing operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field

7+ years of experience in supply chain or strategic sourcing within a hardware-focused industry

Direct experience with nuclear hardware or suppliers under nuclear regulatory frameworks

Proven ability to build or restructure supply base strategies at a systems level

U.S. citizenship required
