Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with protein suppliers and monitor supply chain issues

Provide forecasts to suppliers and communicate changes in volume and expansion plans

Analyze cost optimization opportunities and ensure pricing accuracy for all protein-related products

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

2-4 years of relevant work experience

1-3 years of supervisory experience

Experience as a buyer at a food distributor or similar roles

Knowledge of food service distribution and agriculture economics
