Procurement Director

A company is looking for a Procurement Director to lead a strategic procurement function that supports growth and operational maturity.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage the end-to-end procurement function, including strategy, policies, and processes

Lead strategic sourcing and negotiations for critical vendors, ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts

Establish governance for vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring compliance and performance accountability

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, particularly in SaaS or technology environments

Proven experience in negotiating complex software and services agreements

Strong understanding of SaaS economics and cloud pricing models

Experience building procurement processes in complex operational settings

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
