Key Responsibilities

Conduct a focused assessment of current procurement, PO, and vendor contracting processes

Deliver practical recommendations to improve efficiency, scalability, and controls

Assist in developing the job description for the future Procurement Manager role and provide interview support

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Procurement Director or VP-level leader

Hands-on procurement leadership experience

Strong background in process assessment, optimization, and vendor management

Experience supporting growing or scaling organizations preferred

Comfortable operating in a lean team environment
