General Manager, Supply Chain

A company is looking for a General Manager, Supply Chain Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple customer accounts to meet performance metrics and identify growth opportunities

Supervise and develop Logistics Managers and teams, ensuring a positive work environment

Implement continuous improvement initiatives and maintain financial objectives for assigned accounts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain; Master's degree preferred

Six years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics; five years in a management role

Experience with profit and loss responsibility and developing logistics solutions

Two years of customer interaction and managing customer KPIs required

Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and Lean principles required
