A company is looking for a Program Manager - Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead procurement and contracting activities for large-scale Alternative Delivery Contracts

Develop and implement a comprehensive Procurement Plan aligned with client and agency expectations

Manage contract modifications and ensure compliance with scope, budget, and schedule

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree with 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience and / or education, including 2 years of leadership

15 years of construction procurement and management experience preferred

Strong understanding of commuter rail transit operator requirements and relevant regulatory requirements

Experience with overhead electrified commuter rail transit operations and maintenance requirements
