Contracts and Procurement Manager

A company is looking for a Contracts and Procurement Associate Manager who will coordinate service contracts and procurement activities to support organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor colleagues in procurement strategies and contract negotiations

Develop and implement risk management strategies for procurement activities

Conduct vendor due diligence and ensure compliance with funding terms and internal policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in contract administration, management, or procurement

Paralegal certificate or legal contract experience

Knowledge of federal funding obligations and requirements

Familiarity with USDA Forest Service preferred

Authorization to work in the United States
