Senior Procurement Operations Buyer

Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Identify and source new suppliers/vendors to expand our product offerings and improve supply chain diversity.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive and favorable terms.

Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.

Monitor and analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any issues that may arise.

Oversee the procurement process, including purchase orders, invoices, and payments, to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Analyze procurement data and provide regular reports to management, highlighting cost savings and any potential risks.

Stay up-to-date on industry developments and continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement operations.

Mentor and train junior procurement staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
