Supply Chain Data Architect

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Data Architect to join our dynamic team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background designing and building data infrastructure to extract and organize data for Users to access using Analytics tools (e.g. ThoughtSpot or Tableau). The candidate will be focused on delivering best of Databricks and ThoughtSpot Analytics solutions for Supply Chain Business Requirements. Candidate must have deep understanding of Supply Chain Data Model (Inventory, Planning and Purchasing).

Responsibilities

· Work on Supply Chain Business Requirements to Architect and deliver robust ETL processes / Data Pipelines / Data Analytics

· Architect, Build & Deploy scalable Data Engineering & Analytics solutions

· Ability to map Supply Chain data from Cognos Cubes

· Provide hands on technical leadership for relevant technical skills on multiple projects if required

· Take complete ownership of the SDLC cycle & own all technical deliverables

· Design data pipelines to ingest & integrate structured/unstructured data from heterogeneous sources

· Coordinate with other team members to delivery projects on time adhering to the quality standards.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

· 8+ years of experience as Data Architecture, Data Manager or Data Scientist with focus in Supply Chain data/reports.

· Knowledge of Build and Design of Retail Business.

· Knowledge in application Migrations using ThoughtSpot

· Ability to lead a technical solution discussion on the data architecture

· Data Management skills

· Experience with specific type of databases such has Databricks, relational or foundational

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and multi-tasking

· Ability to lead and IT team

· Ability to explain complicated concepts in simple terms

· Analytical tool experience like ThoughtSpot or Tableau

· Agile methodologies
