Compensation: $85,000–$105,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt (100% On-Site)

About The Role
This is not a Billing or Accounts Payable/Receivable role.
The Director of Contracts Management – Business Operations and Procurement is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing contract lifecycle management, optimizing procurement processes, and strengthening the organization’s operational infrastructure. This position is ideal for a professional with a consulting-caliber skill set who excels at synthesizing complex information and building systems that support long-term organizational success.
Key Responsibilities Strategic & Organizational Planning
  • Lead multi-month planning efforts and translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear 3- to 5-year strategic plans
  • Synthesize financial, programmatic, and stakeholder data into concise insights for executive decision-making
  • Conduct qualitative analysis of focus groups, interviews, and board discussions to identify organizational priorities
Financial & Scenario Modeling
  • Build multi-year financial and scenario-planning models to evaluate growth trajectories, program feasibility, and funding needs
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and boards
Contracts Management & Procurement
Qualifications
  • Oversee contract drafting, negotiation, compliance, and renewals
  • Strengthen procurement processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and alignment with organizational goals
  • Advise leadership on operational improvements, resource allocation, and staffing structures
  • Manage and oversee contracts related to:
    • Transportation services
    • Facilities maintenance
    • One-time and ongoing business operations procurement
    • Additional operational contracts as needed
    • Experience contributing to or leading strategic planning initiatives, preferably within organizations with annual budgets of $10M–$50M
    • Strong financial modeling and scenario-planning expertise
    • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
    • Background in contracts management, procurement, or business operations
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
