Supply Chain Coordinator

The company offers a variety of premium products, including protein powders, superfood drink mixes, food-based vitamins, and functional snacks.

Role Description

Were looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Supply Chain / Ops Coordinator to help manage day-to-day logistics and quality documentation. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, follow-up, and keeping things moving. We need someone dependable who can take ownership of tasks, stay on top of details, and follow through without constant oversight.

What Youll Do

Logistics

• Schedule and coordinate LTL and FTL shipments
• Work with freight brokers to book, track, and manage shipments
• Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery and proactively follow up
• Investigate and resolve issues (delays, damages, shortages)
• Compare freight rates and request quotes when needed
• Keep shipment records organized and up to date

Quality & Compliance (Documentation)

• Request and collect documents from suppliers (COAs, certifications, specs, etc.)
• Track expiration dates and ensure documents stay current
• Send required documentation to co-packers and partners
• Assist with organic, kosher, and other certification processes
• Complete and submit forms for compliance and approvals

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers, vendors and customers
• Proficiency in analytical skills to assess data and optimize supply chain processes
• Experience with operations management and inventory management systems <
