We’re looking for a Site Merchandising & Operations Coordinator to help keep our site running smoothly day to day. This role sits at the intersection of merchandising, content, and operations and plays a key part in making sure products are live, content is accurate, and the site is always ready to sell.
You’ll support weekly launches, homepage and navigation updates, and high-volume site changes, while partnering closely with Merch, Planning, Creative, and Product. This is a great role for someone who’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how a high-growth e-commerce business operates behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily and weekly site merchandising updates across homepage, navigation, and category pages
- Provide occasional early-morning or late-night support during major launches, site updates, or time-sensitive business needs
- Assist with product setup and readiness, including SKU and inventory validation, tagging, metafields, and on-site placement
- Help manage site updates tied to launches, promotions, and seasonal moments
- QA site content to ensure accuracy across product info, pricing, imagery, and messaging
- Partner with cross-functional teams to keep timelines on track and flag issues early
- Maintain internal trackers and documentation to support site operations workflows
- Monitor site performance at a basic level and help identify issues or opportunities
- Support testing and learning initiatives related to merchandising and site experience
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, site operations, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple workstreams at once
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator who’s comfortable partnering across teams
- Interest in how customers shop online and what makes a great digital experience
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CMS tools, or analytics tools is a plus, but not required
