Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Pay: $43,000 annually

Hybrid After Training (2-3 days onsite per week)

About the Role: Procurement Analyst

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Analyst to support our end-to-end purchasing process. In this diverse role, you'll manage purchase orders, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of inventory and data.

What You'll Do

  • Place, maintain, and track purchase orders
  • Communicate daily with suppliers via phone and email to ensure timely delivery
  • Obtain vendor quotes to support customer RFQs and bid proposals-maintaining accurate margins
  • Run reports and analyze purchasing data to ensure customer commitments are met
  • Provide quotes, PO confirmations, order status updates, and related communication to customer service
  • Resolve non-conformance issues within the assigned product line
  • Keep lead-times, item master data, and tracking information accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, buying, or a related field
  • Aerospace industry experience is a big plus!
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and problem-solve with urgency
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
